Directions:
Preparation: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high
heat. Add steak and onion and cook 5-7 minutes, or until
browned, stirring occasionallly. Add beef broth, mushrooms,
bell peppers, worcestershire sauce, slat and black pepper,
mix well. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer
30 minutes. In a small bowl, combine water and cornstarch;
mix well. Addd to the skillet and cook 1-2 minutes,
or until the sauce has thickened.
