Grilled Pork Steaks with Lemon Butter Sauce

Makes 6 Servings

3 Tbsp butter
2 tsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
3 pork steaks
1 pinch coarse salt

Directions:

1. Preheat on outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the lemon juice and the garlic and heat until garlic is tender. Remove from heat.
3. Arrange the pork steaks on a plate and coat top side of each steak with the butter mixture. Place steaks on the grill, butter side down.
4. Sear over high heat for 1 minute, coating the top side of the steaks with the butter mixture while the other side is grilling. Flip the steaks and sear the other side for 1 minute.
5. Turn the meat, cover the grill and cook 3 to 5 more minutes per side, brushing occasionally with the remaining butter mixture. Pork steaks are done when internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
