Mother's Day Mixed Berry

cubed angle food cake |
|
8 oz cup
|
lemon fat-free yogert |
| 2 oz |
frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed
(1/4 of an 8 oz container) |
| 1 cup |
mixed berries, such as sliced strawberries,
raspberries or blueberries |

Fresh mint (optional) |

Directions:
Divide the angel food cake among 4 dessert dishes.
In a small sixing bowl fold together the yogurt and
whipped topping. Dollup yogurt mixture atop cake cubes.
Sprinkle with berries. If desired, garnish with fresh
mint.
