Directions:
Heat margarine in 8x8x2 inch baking pan in 375° oven
until melted. Arrange pineaple in pan; place cherry
in center of each slice. Sprinkle granola over pineapple.
Prepare cake mix as directed on package except-mix in
bowl. Pour over fruit in pan.. Back until cake pulls
away from sikes of pan and springs back when touched
lightly in center, 30 to 35 mintues. INvert onto heatproof
plate. Let pan remain a few minutes. Serve warm and,
if desired, with whipped cream. 9 servings.
